CV/BIO

I’m Lorena, a visual artist and lawyer based in Bogotá. My work explores how we construct identity in relation to others, questioning the idealizations and social expectations that shape who we are. I am currently developing Negro Pastel, a series of portraits that investigates the figure of the idol and collective projection. My artistic practice is a continuous process of inquiry and exploration, open to new questions, techniques, and ways of approaching these themes.
